Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of "Kamasutra Cute" on the outside of the box or mailer. The return address is listed under a neutral name to ensure your business stays your business.
Production & Delivery
- Production: Every item is made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for us to print and craft your items before they ship.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.
- Shipping Times: Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the US/EU, and 10-20 days for international orders.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide through our global fulfillment network. Delivery windows vary by destination, but tracking is provided whenever it is available so you can follow your package from dispatch to doorstep.
Return Policy
Because our products are custom-printed just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing.
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us at hello@kamasutracute.com within 14 days with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
