Move furniture to create floor space. Perform exercises like squats, push ups and planks in short rounds. Take turns picking the next move. Do this for twenty five minutes total. Your heart rate rises fast. Head to the bathroom when finished to wash off.

Set a phone timer for each round. Keep water close by. Stop if anything hurts. This prevents confusion about the order of exercises.

The person who finishes last on an exercise gives the other a shoulder rub in the shower.
