Action
Have your partner lie face down on the bed or floor mat. Place a pillow under their ankles. Sit or kneel next to them. Apply oil to your hands. Use long strokes from the lower back to the shoulders. Work the muscles on either side of the spine with your thumbs. Continue for ten minutes then change places.
Pro-Tip
Make sure your hands are warm before touching their back. This prevents them from tensing up at the start of the massage.
Spicy Twist
After the main massage use your fingertips to draw light lines down their back to change the sensation.
