Stand directly facing your partner with feet shoulder width apart. Place hands on the hips or waist. Sway bodies from left to right following slow beats. Keep knees slightly bent. Move foreheads close together and hold eye contact. Breathe in the same pattern.

On the slower beats pull the hips closer together with your hands for a few seconds before easing back.
